Taramatic 1200

This is a fully automatic filling and sealing system designed for conical 1 kg or 2.5 kg vacuum cans. The ink vat, including lift, measures up to 1350 mm in diameter and from 750 to 1400 mm in height and is designed with a central bottom valve.

The cans are removed fully automatically from the can magazine, loaded onto a transport system and transported underneath the filling station. After filling, the following operations are fully automatic: antioxidant spraying, lid attachment and control, and in one operation vacuuming, gas flushing and sealing.

Depending on the system design, the filling operation can be performed based on volume with weight recheck or on weight.
