Vatronic 401

This is a fully automatic sealing system for 1 kg or 2.5 kg conical vacuum cans. The filled cans are fed via Transport System to the individual work station. After filling, the following operations are fully atomatic: antioxidant spraying, lid attachment and control, and in one operation vacuuming, gas flushing and sealing. Conversion from 1 kg to 2.5 kg cans is initiated by pushbutton.

  • 1 SIEMENS Operator Console
  • 1 Crimper* for 1 kg lids
  • 1 Crimper* for 2.5 kg lids
* Preset for standard conical cans
