Vatronic 1001

This is a fully automatic sealing system for 1 kg or 2.5 kg conical vacuum cans, with can magazine and Transport System designed to connect to an external filling system.

The customer's own filling system is connected to the Vatronic 1001.

The cans are removed fully autmatically from the can hopper and fed via conveyor belt underneath the filling station. After filling, the following operations are fully atomatic: antioxidant spraying, lid attachment and control, and in one operation vacuuming, gas flushing and sealing.

  • 1 Lid magazine, 1 kg for 660 lids
  • 1 Lid magazine, 2.5 kg for 400 lids
  • 1 Sealing unit with vacuum pump
  • 1 SIMATIC Electronic Monitoring System
  • 1 SIEMENS Operator Console
  • 1 Crimper* for 1 kg lids
  • 1 Crimper* for 2.5 kg lids
