Vatronic 2000
High capacity sealing center for vacuum tins icluding built in antioxidant spraying,
nitrogen flushing and crimping device. Designed for highest production capacity for
up to 2000 tins per hour. As an option to the VATRONIC 2000 TETAS produce the VATRONIC
2000 ACC with automatic tin size recognition and automatic feeding into the right channel.
Reliable operation is made possible by the easy to use terminal which, not relaying on
language sills and with self supervising control, will reduce operator error.
The fault finding programme results in interruptions being located and resolved quickly,
minimising downtime.
Different options are available with the VATRONIC 2000 and 2000 ACC, integration
into production management systems is possible.
